GUNDAM BASE TOKYO in Odaiba area is the Mecca for GUNDAM Plastic Models (so called GUNPLA) fans. You’ll find earlier model when they started selling them as well as HG series and MG series. But, watch out! The number of this item’s sales is sometimes limited. And it will be gone right away often times. So, you go buy it right away when you find your favorite GUNPLA.
A big screen monitor is always showing the real plastic model’s videos and it instruct you step by step how to assemble GUNPLA.
Your GUNPLA might become much nice looking if you bring it over here. That’s cool, isn’t it?
You also find a real-measured UNICORN GUNDAM on the first floor of the facility welcoming all of us visiting there. The time to light them up is set in schedule and it is so elusive to see in standing pose, matching to the night scenery behind.

Bandai Inc., designer of GunPla released apparels and small ornamental additions specially designed for GUNDAM maniacs. And these new items are available from the shop located in Shizuoka Service Area on The New Tomei Expressway, Kudari-sen (west toward Osaka). Take a look at them. It is so cool!
